Approximately 25 years ago I hired Remodel Construction Company to build a brand new basement apartment in my new home. The job was built in a professional and timely mannor and the workmanship was of top quality. Twenty years later my basement is exactly the same. Same bathroom, same kitchen absolutely no maintenance except a coat of paint. Built to last. What an investment, People who rent my apartment tell me how bright and beautiful it is, even today.
