Awesome communication, great work ethics and outstanding workmanship. I hired Nailed it roofing to do a full shingle replacement including Underlayment, flashing, drip edge and ice & water shield. Contract was signed and I picked the install date but a few days before they were scheduled to start I had a really bad leak on my roof. I called Nailed it roofing in panic and these guys took care of me and did a sameday emergency patch of my old roof at no cost. Such fast service and it felt great that this was the company I chose. On install day of the new shingle installed. The install crew arrived on-time, my property was protected using tarps, they cleaned all the debris that had accumulated in gutters over the years. They also cleaned up after the roof project was done. Before the crew left we did a walk around to ensure I was happy with the cleanliness. The next day I got a follow-up call from the office staff and received pictures of the finished job. Outstanding work.

Craig's team did a good job with the install of three new appliances. American Standard Furnace and A/C and Rinnai tankless. Craig followed up after the install to confirm our satisfaction with the job

3rd time is a charm after last minute reschedules. Getting past the scheduling conflicts the install crew seemed to finish the job on an acceptable note. I went from R30-R60 blown fibreglass and the insulation was applied evenly and to the required height but they used cardboard along the attic hatch to hold back the insulation instead of plywood or something more durable. It works but seems like a "band-aid" solution.

Ken and his staff were a pleasure to work with. Ken arrived ontime for the quotation, 2 weeks later his crew also arrived onetime for the installation. We choose the wood 3.5" louvers are really happy with the quality, turn around time. We really got our money's worth.

The estimate was 4-10 weeks. Brock had my install completed exactly 5 weeks after my contract was signed. Dorian was the sales rep and Gino was the site foreman. I did 10 brick-to-brick triple glass windows, 4 retrofit double glass basement windows and 1 patio door. Dorian measured the windows and emailed a detailed quote with diagrams and options for each individual window and door. He had no issues changing the options and sending new quotes via email. Dorian was quite patient and helpful, as I went through 4 revisions over a 2-week period before I was content with the configuration. Gino did final measurements a week after my deposit to ensure the right sized windows were ordered. On install day, Gino showed up with another crew member at 9am and began the install. Drape cloths were laid through out the house. My install was scheduled to take 2 days, but 4 hours in had a very good pace so Gino called-in to have a 3rd worker dispatched. The crew asked my permission to stay a little later to complete the install in a day, to which I gladly agreed. By 7pm, all interior and exterior work places were cleaned, vacuumed and swept (as necessary). Gino did 2 walk throughs with me to confirm the install was to my satifaction. I will gladly give Brock a call again when it is time to change my entrance and garage doors.

Chris and Jason were awesome. Returned my call within 24hours and arrived to give me a quote within an hour of speaking to them. Once we agreed on a cost, we scheduled an appointment, for which they promptly showed up and did a clean job. Edit: 3yrs later, I had to call another company to some issues with this install. Sleeves to protect the gas lines were not installed where they drilled the gas lines through floor tiles. Shut off valves were not installed correctly and strapped down.
