8 years ago Nino knocked on my door offering his services. After receiving 2 other proposals I hired Nino (his was the middle quote). I gave him a deposit in October hoping he would show up in May to do the work. He did not disappoint me then nor has he ever disappointed me since then. After seven years of opening, closing and maintaining the system I can say Nino is reliable... always shows up on time. He is efficient.... always calls to book a time for opening in the spring or closing the system in the fall. Nino is fair ..... after comparing with friends I know he is more than competitive with his rates. Nino is a hard working, honest person that I would recommend to anyone.

The first improvement we decided to do on our new home was landscaping and driveway / walkway. I always make my decision after speaking to three contractors. From our first meeting I thought of Raffi as a "low pressure" type of salesman who knew his product well and was able to make great suggestions from his wealth of experience. The proposal arrived promptly and was extremely competitive with the others. Our decision to hire Elite was made immediately. The work crew arrived as promised and continued to work as per the scheduled time table. The individuals worked hard and knew what they were doing and the end result was a fabulous driveway, walkway and planter box. Just as important as doing a great job the follow up was excellent and, to this day, Raffi re-seals the driveway annually upon my request. We have referred Elite to many friends who have ultimately used their expertise and experience to enhance the beauty of their own homes.
