I have used these guys twice now. Outstanding service. Responded almost instantly both times and came that day. Completely professional, fast and priced very, very appropriately. I would absolutely recommend these guys over the bigger outfits to anyone that asked. In fact, I have been pro-actively letting friends and family how happy I am with this service.
I have been using Anna's Housekeeping for about 10 years and they are very reliable. When I was in a house we had a standing appointment and they were always on time and very thorough. Once I moved to a condo I started using them 'as needed' and they were very accommodating - almost always on my last minute requests. The woman that runs the office (and the whole show I imagine) is very professional, always answers the phone or at least calls back within 5 minutes. In the 10 years I have used them I have never felt the need to go with another service. I'm very satisfied.
