I bought the protection agreements with Sears when I purchased my dish washer. The washing machine I bought is okay but some small parts were broken. When I called Sears to repair, they provided very fast and efficient services. The guy came in on time and fixed my machine in a professional manner. I liked the services they provided. I really think dish washer should need protection plan as there are a lot of parts which might damaged very easily.

They are professional and quality team in providing services. They finished the work in a timely manner and we love their professional and courteous attitudes. They also did excellent jobs for our neighbours too.

I found the price of the curtain & rod in Bouclair are a bit higher but the quality is good. The service they provided are good & helpful. When I found the product I wanted was not in that shop, the sales help me call the other shop and I can finally get the curtain I wanted in the other shop.

They have very nice kids furnitures showing in the shop. The staff is helpful and nice, however, once delivered to my house, I found there are defects on the furnitures and the drawer knobs are loose and falling apart. The finishing is not really very good.

The style of their furniture is great. The quality is good. But there are some issue on the order processing. It takes quite a long time to deal with the staffs on payment terms & delivery time. However, they have great staff to follow up my order. And once all the furnitures arrived, they look so great!

I found that there are a lot of varieties for lighting & furniture, the cost is reasonable & services are good. The staff will hold the items for you even though you still need more time to think about what you need.
