We had Hickory Dickory Decks (K-W) and associated company, GHENT Landscaping, rebuilt our back and side deck, and lower patio area. It was a great experience. They're not cheap, but you get what you pay for. They listened to what we wanted and drafted a plan that met our needs. They finished the project on budget and on time. Their craftsmanship exceeded our expectations. I would recommend them to anyone who needed a new deck done right. 5 stars!

After a freak winter rain storm, I discovered water seeping into my basement. I contacted "The Crack Specialist". They were polite and professional. They identified the source of the leak (not easy), came up with a plan to fix it, executed the plan, and the problem has been solved. No more water in the basement, and all at a fair price.

Assured Basements renovated our basement. Although we're satisfied with the final results, the process of getting there was unnecessarily difficult. Poor communication (they don't listen), poor supervision (I was the de facto site manager), and the project took weeks longer than promised. However, to their credit, they got the renovation completed before anyone else was ready to start. Update: January 2023. Buyer Beware. The flooring Assured Basements installed is falling apart. I've made several complaints by phone, email and in-person. They have ignored my complaints and have not repaired the work. I can NOT recommend this company.

I had a leaky rental water from another company. Several phone calls and a “no-show” appointment, they still had not replaced the water heater, so I called Lodder Bros. Lodder Bros. staff were polite, efficient, responsive showed up on time, provided a quote, and did a professional job replacing the water heater. I highly recommend this company for any of your plumbing needs.
