After reading the reviews I think I am at the start of what is bound to be a fustrating ride. We too thought we were going with a trusted company but now I am having serious doubts. Our table and chairs were to be ready last week so I have been calling at least 1x a day now up to 4x a day - left a few message but no response at all. I don't care if there is a delay but at least let me know - customer service 101. So I called into the 'New Customer' line and of course got a live voice. I told them that I want a status update on my furniture and I haven't had any response after numerous attempts. Melissa said that its not her department and although she is in the same building 'its not her department'. So at this point (I am fustrated) - asked for the owners name - she told me to hold on and transferred me back to the c/s line that basically puts you into voicemail. I left a message again that if I don't hear back by end of day then we will go up especially after reading all these reviews. What kind of company is this? I thought I was dealing with a trusted, professional company???

What could this company do to improve their services?
Answer the phone and give status updates. Deliver what you say your going to deliver.
Any advice to offer fellow homeowners facing a similar project?
Read all these reviews and ask the sales person how he can explain this type of service. I haven't received the furniture yet so I have no idea what I am getting....but very concerned.
