This occurred at the Woodstock Store. I am writing this on behalf of my parents who do not have a computer but want to share the story. Please explain why the customers are not informed by the salespeople that all sales are final??? My parents (both seniors) purchased a chair for my grandfather who is in a nursing home. He had his leg amputated and has been bed ridden and has dialysis every other day. It was delivered to the nursing home and the nurses said it won't work because they cannot get the lift close enough to the chair (my parents were unaware of this complication). My mother who is ailing and terminal herself, called the store asking if they can exchange the chair for something more appropriate for the lift. She was rudely shot down saying all sales are final and the product is used. The product was never used and she was not informed by the sales rep or the customer service where they paid for the chair that all sales are final. Leons stated that they would only refund $250 plus deduct a restocking fee on a $600 chair. My parents just wanted to exchange it for something that works with the lift a the nursing home. This company has no compassion for the sick or dying. My mothers condition is fragile and is not allowed to be under stress because it can cause a fatal heart attack. I will inform as many people of this all sales are final policy. BUYER BEWARE!!

Approximate cost of services:
$600.00
