This is the third time I have ordered furniture from Brooklyn and I have never had a problem. Louie gave us a great price as usual. Delivery was excellent and the guys assembled the sectional for us. While unpacking the sectional, a leg was found to be missing. The delivery guy called Brooklyn's office and a leg was ordered from the manufacturer. Brooklyn delivered the missing leg to my home in a week. Great price and excellent service is all I can say. I would recommend Brooklyn Furniture to anyone who is looking for high quality furniture at exceptional prices.

We had New Age install our alarm system 15 years ago when we moved into our house. The technician did a terrific job installing the alarm system and we have never had a problem with it. When we were looking to change our monitoring services, we discovered that New Age now also provides this service. So I called and spoke to Joe who was very knowledgeable and helpful. Their technician was very professional and he upgraded our alarm system. Their customer service/monitoring service is also excellent. We highly recommend New Age for all your alarm/monitoring needs.

We were doing a bathroom reno and we ran into problems finding an experienced tile installer. Thank goodness we found Markham Tile. John and Sam are terrific, very knowledgeable and helpful. They know everything about tiles and how to install them the proper way. They also have a great selection of tiles to choose from. They answered all our questions and we hired them to install the tiles in our bathroom. The tile installers did an amazing job and our bathroom looks fantastic. Thank you Marco and Owen. I wish we would have found Markham Tile before to avoid all the headaches we had with other contractors. We highly recommend Markham Tile and we will use their services for our future renovations.

We had to replace all our windows at our home and we also decided to replace our front door. Jose our salesman came to our home and took all the measurements. He was very professional, explained the products and installation process and answered all our questions. He then provided us with a very competitive estimate. We did not have to haggle like this other company which I will not name. We then went to the Casa Bella showroom and after seeing the excellent quality windows and doors they manufacture, we decided to have them replace all our windows and the front door of our home. Terry, Bill and the rest of the installation crew did a great job installing our windows and door. They were very professional, experienced and they would clean up every day before leaving. They completed the project on time. Now that we installed new windows, we have noticed how much quieter and warmer it is in the home. We were very satisfied with Casa Bella and would highly recommend this company to anyone.
