My husband and I couldn't be more pleased with the recent purchase and install of out NaploeonAscentX36 direct vent fireplace. The customer service is amazing from everyone we dealt with. Bruce who spoke with us several times to provide us with the best product for our space. Josh who came to assess the existing unit to ensure a smooth install. To the install team including Kyle who worked with the contractor onsite to resolve a small install issue .They were courteous, professional and cleaned up after words. Edward who dealt with my many questions over the phone/in person and provided information and update as necessary. We've purchased here before and will be back for the basement reno!!
