We took our dutalier glider chair (which was creaking badly) to Ballam’s Furniture store to see if the chair could be repaired. The salesman “Ryan” told us they would have a look at it and let us know if the chair could be fixed. The next day he called us to say the chair was ready to go all fixed with no more squeaking. We were totally surprised with this quick, friendly service. Even though we did not purchase any furniture we were treated like an important customer. Thank you Ryan for your cheerful service.
