Recently got my basement done and I am pleased how it turned out. The workmanship is great and any issues encountered were addressed by the project manager. However, before providing a quote, AGM should have sent someone to take a look at the work that needs to be done in order to provide a more accurate quote. The additional cost once the project started was more than expected and may cause hardship for clients who are on a limited budget.
