Everything upgraded, including all tiles, all flooring, bathroom, countertops, light fixtures, all walls painted, all door-trims-baseboards painted, ceiling drywall replaced and painted, kitchen cabinets refinished and all faucets replaced. Very organized. Definitely recommended.
