The technician arrived at the pre arranged time and was neatly dressed and very polite. He took about 40 minutes to complete the work and was very thorough.

I made an appointment for an annual service for the 5 August 2021 for a time between 10am and 2 pm. The technician arrived at 1:30pm. He was clean and tidy and wore a mask without any prompting. He spent about an hour and a quarter and did the most thorough job. Far better than anyone who came on previous occasions. The worksheet had every operation filled in unlike previous visits. One improvement would be if the time of the appointment could be a smaller span than 4 hours.

Our home is approximately 53 years old and the previous owners had fitted a door which was ill fitting. When removed there was no insulation around the door frame. Jeff and Chad arrived promptly and began work immediately. They worked in a steady and careful way removing the old door with minimum mess to the kitchen. The new door was fitted very accurately and the finished job is superb. We are delighted with the result. This is the second time we have used this company and have been delighted with the finished job each time.

I booked an appointment for a service repair call for my furnace on Thursday, it was booked for the next day. The Technician Mike and his assistant , arrived at 7am and diagnosed the problem, ordered, collected and installed a new heat exchanger by 11am. The technicians were cheerful , polite and used special soft overshoes in the house. We were very pleased by the excellent service we received.

My wife and I needed to replace the hall and kitchen vinyl flooring as the existing was at least 20years old and quite slippery which caused our dog to fall a number of times. We approached Garry of Alexanian Carpets who was very helpful and he recommended a stone effect vinyl which felt to the touch to have some non slip properties. He also recommended the grade appropriate to our use. He followed up with a visit to the house to verify the dimensions and other details for the installation. Dave, the flooring installer, arrived on the date and time previously arranged and took 2 full days to complete the installation. He was absolutely meticulous in every part of the process and the finished installation could not have been better. Attached are some photos of the finished installation.

The salesman Todd came to give us a quote on March 27th 2015 at 9am. He was spot on time. He spent about 2 hours explaining their product, how it was superior to the competitors and the details of their warranty. The price was more than we were expecting but the samples of the materials that he showed to us were first rate and very robust compared to the materials used by other suppliers we have had to install other windows. Jason and Dave came to install the window on Saturday 25th April 2015 and arrived at 8 20am although the were due at 9am, they were employees of the company, ie. not contractors, they were both very polite and set up and got to work immediately. Dust sheets were positioned before any work commenced and then they took out all the old window right back to the brickwork and made a new frame from scratch to take the bow window. They added insulation material where non was present in the old window frame and put in excellent quality materials all round. Great care was taken to ensure that the window was properly aligned and level and when it was all installed a finishing wood trim surround was added on the inside of the window which matched our lounge trim. There was no chipped paint visible on the wall. Finally, they picked up their dust sheets and using a shopvac thoroughly cleaned the carpet of any dust or debris. Outside was given an equally thorough clean and there were no pieces of wood, nails etc. etc. to be seen when they left (unlike all contractors we’ve had in the past). Then on Monday 27th April 2015 Todd the salesperson came to follow up and see if the work was done satisfactorily. The window looks absolutely perfect, the capping is professional and the sealing is very neat and even (no blobs and runs etc.). We would recommend anyone who wants a top quality job to use this company even if you find their price a bit more than their competitors. Quality always comes at price. Beverly and John

We were unhappy when we were told we wouldn't get the heater repaired until the next day, but then the service man (Mike) came at 7.15pm the same day the unit failed. He was very courteous and very efficient and left the work area clean and tidy. So we were very happy with the service in the end.
