Dardan came to the rescue after some damage was done to the stucco at our Hamilton Bungalow. The damage to the stucco was significant enough and widespread. I contacted Grand Stucco and Dardan came to look at the job. Not only was he kind, professional but reassuring that this damage could be repaired and the stucco work could be restored with an almost perfect colour match. Furthermore, Dardan was very flexible and accommodating with the timing of the job as other trades were also working on the property. Dardan was very punctual with his communication and arrived on time with his team as promised on September 29th, 2021. They were extremely professional, protected the surrounding area and performed amazing work. They went above and beyond doing extra work so that everything would be seamless. Not only that but the colour match to the existing stucco was perfect !!! Dardan helped restore the value in the property and delivered on his word. John and his son were absolutely amazing. I called them to clean the tiles and grout in my rental property after my long time tenants left. Their professionalism, customer service, attention to detail were first rate. They wanted to make sure I would be satisfied with their service and I was not disappointed. I have asked them to return to clean the tiled shower. I can't recommend them enough ..... homeowner, landlord, realtor ..... everyone should use their services. Thank you again for an AMAZING job !!!
