Was billed 1.5 hours for a 45 minute visit. Called the office to correct this and was given an email address. Automatic email reply was that they would respond to my concern WITHIN 20 BUSINESS DAYS. 25 business days later - still no response. Send a second email - get the same automated response - 20 business days! It's now been 6 weeks, so I call the office again and was told that I'd be put through to Customer Service. Instead, I get a five minute sales pitch about how great their technicians are (they're so great that the auto close door Kevin B 'fixed' now doesn't close on it's own). At the end of the recording, after not talking to a human, I'm instructed again to send them an email! A call back to the main # is met with "that's not my department". One star for telling me that the frame on my front door isn't straight so not to just replace the door. Otherwise, brutal. Stay far away.
