Loren called me when he was on his way and had to call a few times to find my home. He was on time and i helped him a bit to carry tools in to my home. He replaced the window quickly and i chatted with him while he was working. I really appreciate the work this company does. And the great warranty service they provide as well. I am happy i chose these windows and did not go for a cheaper product. They are about 7 years old and they make my home quieter and warmer. A great product supported by good people.
