Called me to give a free estimate on duct cleaning which I said ok to. Quote was good, salesman was friendly, but the work wasn't. 2 months later we're now getting other estimates to get the job fully completed before the winter hits.

Most recent renovation was to make a few steps in our backyard leading to the patio. The area this company is located in contains tens of companies that provide the service but City Concrete beat everyone's price, and provided a longer warranty time. With that, we went along and made 3 narrow steps. The concrete dried fairly quickly, and we were provided a few follow up calls to see how we liked the new addition.

After noticing leaking in one of the bedrooms we called to get several quotes on a replacement of part of the roof. While the work that was done was very appealing and done for a good price, we had to reschedule a few times because of time issues not on our part. I wouldn't recommend this company but they did a fine job.

A few pipes started leaking in our en suite. After getting a few plumbers to look at the work needed to be done, these guys offered a better price, with a better appointment time. Nobody was late, they called to let us know they were coming, and completed the work in the amount of time they said they would need. I've recommended this company to our neighbors and they have had success as well. Whenever the plumbing goes haywire again, I've got their number.

Had to get the back door replaced as it was getting really old, getting rotten, and was becoming a safety issue more than anything. Got a call from these folks offering estimates and decided to get one. After doing a bit of research the price was more than reasonable, and the service was done in a timely manner without any issues or concerns. The door has been in use ever since and whenever we need any other work done we know who to call
