Ralf was on time, professional, and was able to make adjustments as the work progressed. He was very neat, and took care not to damage or mark floors and walls. Tarps were used to keep the floor in new condition. The main benefit was, however the ability to locate and schedule other professionals as required. The existing granite countertop had to be re-shaped to accommodate the new sink, and Ralf located a granite cutter to make the operation go smoothly. The condo corporation had some additional demands part way through the installation, and he was able to satisfy their requests. Overall, an excellent experience, and the work was top-notch.
