Heading into cooler weather, it was alarming to notice the house wasn’t warming the way it normally does. Since the furnace family installed my AC (and we’re so awesome to deal with then) I called them again when I noticed our house dipping to the mid-teens. What was initially thought to be a crapped out furnace ended up being a blown fuse. Matt was our service guy and I was relieved to see him as he was our AC installer. This was my second super positive experience with the furnace company and Matt!
