I had saved Vitaliy's number from a quote he gave me a couple of years back … I decided to do the job in order to get better coverage for my home insurance policy since more severe weather events are happening … the job was priced right and extras done AND the city gives ME, the homeowner, $1250.00 for doing it The work was completed on time … totally professionally … excellent clean up
