White shark has cleaned my windows and Eve troughs for several years. There courteous careful and always do a great job at a reasonable price point.This year ,however, there was an accident with the truck accidentally dinging my retaining wall. I sent in photographs and waited a little nervously to see how they would respond. I heard back within two hours. They accepted full responsibility, inspected the project twice and then sent a team of two men who were meticulous and thorough and repaired it perfectly. The owner personally came out and inspected it. Sometimes you can tell more about the company when something goes wrong than you can in the regular course of business. I was very pleased with their response
