Antonio installed a dedicated 20 amp circuit to our third floor and new plugs on another new 20 amp circuit in the basement. He is an absolute pleasure to deal with, great at explaining the process and creative in his approach to the challenges of running wires for a 135 year old house. The work was done quickly and efficiently with zero damage to the walls. We would recommend him in a heartbeat.

Andy spray foamed our crawlspace last year, and this year we asked him to do the walls of our kitchen as part of our kitchen reno. Our contractor, who had quoted someone else, was impressed both with the quality of the work and the cost. To my mind this is the ultimate compliment. Andy and Laara are also simply a pleasure to work with. I would recommend Avenue to anyone.

Hi Paul! To clarify, it wasn't actually Andy... who installed the sprayfoam on both occasions (having first morphed himself into Superman LOL) after lengthy evaluation of your detail driven jobs ...But another one of our seasoned installers; whose top performace keeps happy customers like you calling us back for more.
PS: Glad that you finally tackled your Kitchen --the creative heart of a home-- which ought to feel comfortable. And that the insulation is working for you as is should [no energy shortcuts with a properly evaluated project & correctly installed foam]
So now you can finally kick-back and simply enjoy the new Reno --or go cookup a storm!

Our Victorian house has a dirt floor crawlspace that was full of old asbestos and pink batt insulation falling down from the floor joists and peeling off of the foundation. Templar provided a very competitive quote, and they were here within a couple of days to clean out the space. They also swept the basement for other bits of asbestos around the pipes and found some that others had missed. We especially appreciated their careful communication at all stages of the process of what they were doing and why. We would recommend them without reservation.

We recently bought an old house in need of repairs and renovations. Knowing nothing about either, we interviewed a number of people to help us run the work. Jay came off as the most practical and most able to address our main concerns: developing a workable and affordable plan and helping us deal with and assess the trades. We are still in the early phase of the project, but Jay has thus far met our expectations completely. He has been timely and always responsive to our queries, some of which are no doubt numbingly basic questions. He has helped us put together a tender package, has come up with some great suggestions (and well considered cautions) and has helped us gauge the various quotes and advice that we are receiving on the repair work. We would unreservedly recommend him for a reno and repair project, and look forward to continue working with him in the future.

No question is too basic, especially when it comes to construction.
Best to ask first, than to assume.
I still try to learn something new everyday.
Happy to have been of assistance here.
