I live in a 70 year old farmhouse whose floors are softwood planking and were carpeted all through the house which I removed when I moved in years ago. Needless to say, the floors needed to be dealt with whose time had come up. Upon searching for references from people I know, laminate flooring was recommended with Bob's name recommended For his quality of workmanship and his bedside manner of dealing with customer concerns. I found Bob to be very easy to deal with and a man of his word. I'm very satisfied with the results of his workmanship and his personal integrity. He delivered as promised in a time where in, one never knows whether you're going to get what's promised. I'd certainly recommend him forward.
