I got a quote for 4 mm glasses but I received 3 mm glasses with the explanation that my windows does not allow for 4 mm glasses. but I didn't receive any price compensation for that. I cannot say anything about the quality of glasses and installation because it has been just installed and I need time to evaluate the quality. The job was done clean and on time.

Thank you for your review. Yes, this is correct as per the documentation. The original quote was for 4mm glass and the revised production order was changed to 3mm as per production measurements. Additional custom super spacers and glass stops were required for the 3 windows offsetting the difference in price to balance out.
