The office was very courteous and responsive. Shawn takes the time to explain EVERYTHING. I went into this experience knowing nothing and I came out educated! They provide an honest and unbiased opinion into your air quality issues. Indoor Air Quality Ottawa does not perform any work relating to their testing so there is no upsell and scare tactics which were used by other companies. They provide great suggestions and products as well. I would recommend Indoor Air Quality Ottawa to everyone!
