Carpet in the spare room was a bit damp near the corner of a wall. Allan came over and quickly identified where the water leak was coming from. After the no-cost inspection he provided a quote and was able to come a few days later to complete the job. Not only did they remove the carpet, the drywall, the baseboard and clean the mould but just as importantly they did a great job re-insulating the portion of the wall, putting up new drywall and repainting to put the room back to exactly how it looked before. Not only was the workmanship great but the professionalism of both Allan and his team was even better. Hopefully we never have another mould problem but if we do I would contact mould solutions Canada every time.

The team at Encore did a great job on the exterior painting of our house, windows, and railings. Jon was extremely helpful with his options and opinions on how to do the job right. The cost wasn’t the cheapest but provided the best value to us. The guys that came to paint were very professional, polite, and easy to work with. At the end of each day it was clean and by the end of the job the house looked great. Thanks for an amazing job.

I found Chris and the team on Homestars. We had 3 contractors come quote the job, From the moment I met Chris to the last day of the job he and his team was very accommodating, easy to deal with, and very friendly. And they work very fast - from early morning until 6pm. The old backyard from previous owners was not as kid friendly as we wanted - we decided to rip away all the previous interlock, planting and replace the back fence to open up a gate to the park. Now we have a wonderful backyard with hedge ceders in place of the back fence, beautiful new interlock patio area, and much more room for kids to play with their friends on new grass. Wonderful addition with a storage area under the deck that never existed and a nice clean up to the walkways on both entrances to the backyard. As we approached the last day of the project, we decided to make a slight change which I felt bad about but it didn't seem this way to Iberia. When I came home, the guys were gone and the job was completed as we asked. I would highly recommend Iberia to anyone looking for a professional experience and great bunch of guys to deal with.

We moved into new house in Toronto. Eaves were leaking in front entrance area. Other contractors tried to convince us major repairs were needed whereas Ruslan and team fixed it much simpler and cost effective. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for eaves fixing and downspout disconnections.
