Do not use this company for moving or storage. They broke one of my heirloom pieces while it was in storage, didn't notify me, repaired it and then told me I had to pay for it. I refused to pay for it and do not know if I'll ever get my item back. Bob, the owner was very rude and aggressive on the phone and never apologized for any of his company's errors. I also received different pricing estimates from every member of their team that I spoke to and verbal discounts were not honoured when the billing time came. I can not emphasize how dissatisfied I am with this company.

Hello Naila. It is always regrettable when damage occurs. The small plant stand with marble top was unfortunately damaged on your move from storage. It was sent out immediately for repair, upon receipt, you were advised as stated in bold in your contract and on all invoices about your deductible and exclusions within your Valuation.
