I was given a call and quoted a price of $85 to clean the outside of my window and clean the eaves. Thinking that this was a very fair price, I agreed to let Sunnyside clean my windows and eaves. They had come to do each service separately and I was given an invoice of $85 for each service. I paid the $85 dollars +tax promptly, but then was told that the prices were separate and that I owed them another $85 + tax. I had called them as I was upset because I had felt that I had been deceived with the quote. I also had been upset that they left their sign in my garden without permission and asked if someone could pick up the sign. The person on the phone stated that she would talk to her boss and get someone to take the sign. I still have that darn sign 6 weeks later and I did not receive any call back from them about the price except for another invoice in the mail tor $85 +tax. Crappy management that is for sure...customers are not treated very well.

This lady called us asking for a quote for window and eaves cleaning. We called her back with the quotes. She agreed to both. We arrived on time and performed a perfect job for her both times. We were very clear with her and have always been clear with our customers when it comes to pricing. We are not in the business of deceiving people. Our thousands of regular customers can attest to that. This person has yet to pay us in full for the work we have done. So at this point we are the one that has lost. We invite her to find any legitimate company in Ontario that will clean her eavestroughs and all her exterior windows for a total of $85. If she does we will honour their pricing.
