I've used Spencer's services 3 times now. It's like having my own trades army on call for everything from installing dimmers and ceiling fans to construction / interior carpentry. Even plumbing emergencies on the weekend! I've recommended him to friends for larger projects involving permits and City red tape too. He can do it all, and if he can't, he will find you the people who can and manage the project. His invoices are detailed, fair, and everything is completed on time. I am 100% satisfied and this review is long overdue.
