Had garage doors installed in 2020. A month later one of the window frames popped apart and the window broke. Contacted Sheldon who said he would replace the window. This still has not happened and he is ow refusing to answer our phone calls and text messages. This is the second winter we have no window in our garage doors. Would NOT recommend this company at all. Terrible customer service and does not follow thru on warranty promise.
