This company was hired by the Management Office to service the condos, and I gladly signed up to have them perform the routine annual maintenance. After service was delivered, I emailed to ask for a service report. I found it strange that this was not sent automatically. MULTIPLE email requested went unanswered. A few weeks after service date, it became obvious that something was wrong with the bathroom fan. A service pro was immediately called and much to my surprise found years worth of build up in the vent. The GTS technician did not clean the fan as contracted. So I paid $150 to have that done as an emergency service call. I contacted GTS to file a compliant. Their response was to refund the portion of the fee paid for the bathroom - $20. They mailed to a wrong address without the simple step of confirming address before sending. To add insult to injury, they are now insisting I pay a $15 check cancellation charge. This company is terrible at all levels. Technicians are cutting corners and the administration is negligent and don't care about quality service delivery. You get what you pay for! I will definitely be lobbying the Board to find a more reputable and honest service provider.
