Ordered vertical blinds, but the blinds were shorter and tighter than expected due to distance and width variance of the blind mechanism not properly accounted for, which is compensated for by deleting from the overall length and width. I measured the distance and the width correctly as instructed by the store manager Narissa and she demonstrated to me how to do the measurement on one of the window display at the store; however they use a standard default measurement, which is incorrect as verified by their installer. I complained to the manager how I am dissatisfied with the blinds and she told me that this is my problem and refused to fix the problem. When I asked her about the phone number of the head manager to complain to, she provided me with the phone number of the customer service and she assured me that no one will do anything about my complaint and the customer service will refer me back to her, in other words, no one will do anything to me. In fact, the guy who deals with complaints at customer service told me that this is is a complicated case and I have to refer you to another manager to deal with this problem because I have two different stories. I was disappointed and asked him to provide me with the phone number of the corporate manager as I am not satisfied with the work but he refused. I rate this store zero for their work and customer service and management should deal with complaint in a positive way.
