Called to have an over the stove microwave serviced. I travelled from Vancouver to Abbotsford, waited through the three hour waiting window only to get a technician that knew absolutly nothing about microwaves. He spent 30 minutes checking two plugs, staring at the breaker and talking to his office. Max the owner diagnosed the problem over the phone, sent another technician two days later with the wrong part. No one bothered to check the microwave information for make and model etc. The only saving grace to this nightmare was the second technician who aside from being provided the wrong part was able to diagnose the problem. Amir was the only saving grace to the 8 hours of my life I will never get back. This company needs to get their act together before I would ever use them again
