Can't say enough good things about mike and his crew. We had very low water pressure and mike and his crew tried many things to get the system working right. I can't count how many times he returned to make sure everything was perfect. Fantastic service..

Taps is great at selling you their vast selection of products but once you purchase forget it. We have spent a month chasing down missing items that have delayed our entire project. You call and call only to receive empty promises like "I will personally bring it to your house, sorry for the delay" then of course nobody shows up. Good service should exist after the sale but it doesn't with taps.
