Hired them after getting a few quotes from other companies. Larry was the only one who took the time to explain to me in detail what they were going to do and why. His price was very fair and there work was very neat and looked very professional. I sure am glad I hired them as I have had issues with other companies in the past. I highly recommend them anyone with heating and air needs.

My wife and I bought a sectional sofa along with a few other items from concord. About 6 months after purchase the sofa collapsed in the middle. It was an uphill battle getting any customer service. You can leave 30 voicemails with the one they call Norma and she will not call you back. A really frustrating experience. I would recommend nobody buys anything from this company, there furniture looks nice but the quality is really poor and they will not care about you after they have your money. Its sad to see companys like this still in business.

Hired Armond Thorpe roofing to install new roof. Job was very poorly done right down to the basics on where to put a nail. Did not stand by his word at all, lots of missed appointments and broken promises. He sub contracts his work out to people who dont know how to do a roof. I would not recommend anyone hire this company, unless you like filling small claims law suits.
