Shawn at JNJ installed my water softener in my new condo when I moved in, and I was very happy with his service. He explained everything to me, installed it quickly and professionally, and continues to be available any time by text or call if I have questions. It also comes with a lifetime warranty which I am very happy about. Would highly recommend!
