We started building our house with a builder that we had many many issues with. We were thinking of hiring someone else almost from the beginning. After searching for a while we decided to terminate in the middle of framing and go with Mehrdad. He was the most approachable and upfront builder we talked to. Easy to work and communicate with. After the terrible experience we had previously, I’m glad we found him to finish our house. Some time was spent on redoing previous work but we are we happy with the how it turned out.
