We reported the broken latch in April or May of 2021. We went all summer long without being able to open the window. We were finally contacted in November for the service visit. The company showed up the day I booked and had the repair done in 5 minutes. My concern is why did it take 7-8 months for a 5 minute repair. It was a warranty repair, for that I am thankful.
