After a rough year our house needed a refresh. Mary and her team at Neon Cleaners had done our deep cleaning when we first moved in 2022, so we decided to contact them again when we needed some help getting our house back up to scratch. Mary and her team were flexible with our needs and we were able to be flexible with her team when they needed it too. Easy to organise via email; as someone who is always busy in meetings and calls during work hours this is so, so helpful. Also great for people who don't enjoy phone calls! Pila and Angelica did an amazing job of cleaning everything down, and we're very happy with the work. They got everything we asked for done, including all the specific instructions. They were fast, accurate, and respectful of our home leaving it in grest condition. Thank you, Neon team!

Had a bit of a nightmare getting a dryer installed at our new home due to the old renovations not having included a dryer outlet. Hasan came over the day after my service request to provide a quote. Explained the cost and what he would need to do. Took him a little over an hour to install new gas hardware and get the dryer setup. It looks great, he explained everything he had done and also checked all the other gas appliances were back to being functional. Will absolutely be going back to Hasan for other work we need done in the future at our new place! One of the best things about working with Hasan was the ease of organising the quote and installation time. Both my wife and I are extremely busy during the day and we both WFH and getting this done was one of the most straightforward experiences I've had with a service like this. He organises over text as well as phone which made things super easy. Thank you, Hasan!

We bought an electric dryer not realising that we did not have the required 240-volt power outlet in our laundry (first time home owners learning a lot about owning a property). Richard got in contact with us and had his employee Kevin come out to give us a quote. Upon inspection they realised they would need to rewire a considerable amount of stuff and the cost would be quite high due to having to replace our panel breaker thanks to some dodgy wiring from the renovations done years ago. Against their better interest, they suggested we look into replacing the dryer with a gas dryer as they noticed there was a gas line in the house and it would be more economical for us. While we are still in the midst of deciding what to do as we tussle with the appliance company over return costs and whether it's worth exchanging or getting the wiring redone (which we have to do anyway), my wife and I sincerely appreciated the honesty and help Richard provided to us. We will definitely be reaching out to Reel Services for work we have planned in the future. Rest assured they are an honest company who only want the best for their clients.

Had to replace our HVAC unit after the cheap one at our rental broke. Dealing with vaccumville was quick and easy, they provided me options and advice allowing me to make an informed decision. Suction was great and he made sure we were happy with the install. Would definitely use them again.

We hired Neon Cleaners to do a move in/out clean at our recently purchased home. We knew it was messy/dirty, but we didn't realize just how bad. This place was a mess, and I don't just mean dust/hair/grease, there was build up in the cabinets and sinks and ledges. We felt legitimately uncomfortable and were very disappointed as it took a lot away from the new home experience. Mary and Beviana (I hope I spelled that right) cleaned the house from top to bottom, including cleaning out the fridge that was nothing short of disgusting (see the pictures). You could not put food in it. I wouldn't give it away for free. Mary cleaned it so well it was like a new fridge. They also cleaned up all the cabinets inside and out and we now feel comfortable putting our belongings in there! The price was reasonable (we happily upped it from the original quote due to the extent of the mess), organising over email was quick and easy (as someone who doesn't like talking on the phone), and the quality of the work was amazing. Thank you, Mary and Beviana, for making our house feel a bit more like a home!
