Called Neighbourhood Chimney Service to get the sweep. Ken and his help came and cleaned the chimney and thoroughly inspected from the top and bottom, provided details of the current condition and general tips. Very knowledgable and friendly service from the start to finish. Call these guys, they are good.

When i signed up for the protection plan i gave them my boiler name and model and they confirmed that they will cover it. But when the time came "SORRY WE DO NOT COVER YOUR BOILER". And they charged me for the initial service call when it should have been included with the protection plan. DO NOT BUY THEIR SERVICE PLAN. SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY.
