Andrew promptly responded to my request to fix my door handle and quoted a very reasonable price for excellent service! Thank you for your kind review and rating. I'm pleased to have fixed the issue. In this case, we found some inadequate hardware installed by the builders which were replaced with longer screws. It's a common issue in newer (and lovely condos) to find things like this allowing for a quick repair.
