So this guy operated under different names but the same story, takes deposit, never shows up. only responds to text and then keeps cancelling eventually just running away from your deposit. Stay away from Steven in KW tri-city area providing spray foam insulation services.
Never did the work and kept the deposit. Avoid at all costs
Was referred to Steve who apparently owns this company through Trevor who owns the company that did my attic insulation. Looked at the garage door and quoted $800 to spray foam. Gave a deposit of $400 and then cancelled appointments 5 times. Never bothered to answer phone calls cause apparently he is in non stop meetings but always had time to respond to texts. Eventually showed up more than a month later, asked to open the garage. Left within minutes without letting any know and sent a text "Door is insulated". When asked said he couldn't spray foam as door already insulated and he was keeping the $400 deposit for gas and the trip to my house. Avoid Southwest Insulation and take your business to companies that appreciate and are not looking to just prey on customers.
