House has older wood windows. Alfredo measured and came to install inserts. He measured one of the windows incorrectly so had to come back as well the install was improperly done. Nails sticking out, caulking job messy and mould growing between window and the insert. I was told to wipe the window with bleach and it would be fine. Cold air outside, warm air inside…. Space between window and insert with no air flow will always create mould. This company only offered to come and clean the windows, and nail in the nails better, refuse to give me a refund or even a decent discount. Expect me to pay good money to have to continuously clean my windows with bleach or other mould prevention product. Potentially causing breathing issues and health concerns, this company doesn’t care, just wants their money
