We used Ray & the Dudes to paint our recently renovated house and we could not be happier. I have used a number of painters over the years through both previous interior design work and personal renovations and Ray & his team were the best experience with a trade I have ever had (that goes for all trades I have used over the years -- the customer service acumen with most contractors just is not what it used to be!). They were on-time, worked quickly, fixed small things that they were not even asked to (and I would have missed!!) and were done within budget and ahead of schedule. You can tell that they are a team of pros who do it right. We were also very encouraged by how easy they were to talk to and communicate with. Ray was clear, direct, and intentional with his communication and how he planned to attack our project. We even got to know each member of the team a little and seemed really engaged in our project (CJ, Johnny, Hamdi & Joe). Most importantly they did an amazing job on our existing cabinets and new kitchen island that we had them refinish. Ray sprayed the gables and boxes on site and then took our cabinet doors to professionally refinish them. I have used several of the bigger cabinet refinishers to spray out existing cabinet doors and drawers in the past and Ray's final product was significantly better than the companies who specialize in this line of work. Not only that, but his price per door was very reasonable. I will definitely be hiring Ray & the Dudes for any painting projects I have again in the future and would be more than happy to refer him to anyone who needs painting done or their cabinets refinished.
