I have had a problem with the seal breaking in a few of my windows. The original window company has since been bought by Vinyl Window Designs and they came to my rescue, honoured my warranty and replaced the 4 affected windows. They were terrific! Steve came to measure the windows and then came back today to install them. He was wonderful, very efficient, very conscientious and he did an amazing job. Vinyl Window Designs is lucky to have such a professional installer. I would highly recommend this company, for their quality windows, great customer service, and amazing installer.A 10 absolutely!
