Seems it's hard to find a quality interlock specialist to undertake smaller yet important repair work on interlock. Most contractors seems to want larger projects. Andrew completed this work in mid November on a warmer day and did a quick, excellent job in a few hours. Work was done professionally, on time and looks great! Will hire him again in the spring to address similar issue on the walkway. Highly recommend SKL.

System defaulted with an error code on the thermostat. Neil Durling fixed problem easily and advised on nature of problem and how to best set the electronic thermostat for this very warm weather. Our 2 year old rental furnace from Reliance stopped heating on Saturday. Technician told me it was the control board on the thermostat and would need replacement. I was literally left in the cold until late afternoon Monday. Norm was the technician sent to get it going again. Norm took the time to figure out what the problem was since just replacing the Board was not the answer. Took considerable persistence. Finally figured it out then Norm proceeded to put aluminum tape on various duct joints to improve heat performance. Appreciated his persistence and willingness to ensure I was not left in the cold any longer since it was -25 degrees last night! Thanks Norm!!
