Basement lowering and underpinning
Had the best experience with Primo Contracting recently. Used them for the underpinning , basement lowering and other concrete work. As Robert PRIMOCON’s project manager recommended, we installed heated flooring in our cold basement as well. The timing was perfect since we were doing all the digging and old concrete removal anyways. Primo Contracting lowered the basement 30” , installed all heating pipes and poured new concrete. Installed engineered hardwood flooring, added a couple of rooms, new drywall, baseboards and painted everything using new durable paint. The whole project took less than three months. The finished basement looks so spacious now and super warm. The underpinning was very professionally done. Finished spare bedroom and a gym with sauna looks great. I will definitely be recommending PRIMOCON to everybody.
