A flood in my condo caused by a burst pipe meant I needed to install new flooring in my approx. 600 square ft unit. Varant was the absolute best to work with. He quoted me a price literally thousands below other companies, did the work quickly (about 1 day), and the finished product is outstanding. Varant walked me through the types of flooring available and helped me choose the best option (vinyl) and colour. He accommodated my furniture and belongings by helping me move things around as needed to get the work done. He works efficiently and is a kind person who is great to work with. Thank you so much Varant!! I love my floors

My clothes washer would not drain. I reached out to Best Appliance Repairs at 10 pm. Eric responded immediately and we scheduled an appointment the next day. He showed up promptly and he quickly and knowledgeably got the washer draining again by fixing a clog in the drain pipe. It took only a half hour or so and the price was reasonable. Very grateful for the help and would definitely request Eric's help again!
