We used California Kitchens based on a glowing recommendation from our designer, and from the initial contact we have been nothing but disappointed and horrified with the owners Michael & Steve. When visiting the showroom we witnessed Michael speak to one of his staff in a way that no person should to another, disgusting. We should have known this is also how they would treat customers paying top dollar for their services. There has not been a single point of contact in which we felt appreciated. Both Michael and Steve met any request or question with extreme attitude, as if they were doing us a favour. There are many great companies in the GTA to work with, and if we could do it again we would absolutely choose someone else.
